Rental pricing is per event. Delivery, setup, breakdown, customization, deposits, rush orders, extra distance, and multi-day holds are handled separately so you only pay for what you need.
Delivery & Setup
$125We deliver your rental pieces and handle basic placement/setup at the event location. Pricing may increase based on distance, access, number/size of pieces, or setup complexity.
Breakdown & Pickup
$100We return after the event, break down the rental pieces, load them, and transport them back to Crafted Scene.
Full Service — Delivery + Setup + Breakdown & Pickup
$225Let Crafted Scene handle the entire rental handoff. We deliver and set up your pieces, then return after the event to break everything down and bring it back.
Customization
$50Simple customization such as names, wording, vinyl, color changes, or decorative details. More involved customization may require a custom quote.
Rush Order
QuotedApplied automatically to bookings placed inside our standard lead time: 25% of the rental subtotal with a $75 minimum.
Extra Distance

Multi-Day Hold
